Studio Policies
Booking & Reservations
All studio services must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session/event Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit/payment has been received. Dates are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Clients are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment For event space bookings, full payment may be required in advance depending on the nature of the event. Additional services or overtime will be billed separately
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Booking deposits are non-refundable Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may require a new deposit to rebook
Arrival Time & Late Policy
Clients are requested to arrive on time for their session. Late arrival will result in reduced shooting time, as sessions must end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Studio Usage
Studio equipment and furniture must be handled responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times. Any damages to equipment or property may result in repair or replacement charges.
Event Space Guidelines
The space is designed for intimate gatherings and creative events. Event duration includes setup and breakdown time. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level. The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
Photography & Content Rights
The studio reserves the right to use selected images or videos for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
The studio is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the session or event. Clients assume responsibility for their guests and personal items during Studio Policies studio use.
